All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day. If there is any delay or notice regarding your order, we will contact you via email promptly.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer fast domestic shipping through trusted carriers such as FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected service.

 

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping on all U.S. orders of $99 or more.

Please note: Free shipping applies only when the shipping cost is under $20. This means free shipping may not apply to some Priority, Express, or International orders if the shipping fee exceeds $20.

 

International Orders

International shipping rates vary by destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Urban Halo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
